KMS Web Administration is based on similar principles as the Kerio Administration Console. However, it includes only five sections corresponding with the items listed above. However, individual sections may not imitate all functions of the administration console. Quite the reverse. For example, to keep the configuration as simple as possible, mailing lists allow only the core settings. If you wish to edit a mailing list created in the KMS Web Administration anyway, you can do it in the Kerio Administration Console.
There is no need to describe the settings here. Individual options are described in the manual's section addressing issues of the Kerio Administration Console. Besides that, the KMS Web Administration includes a context help which may help domain administrators understand and use all KMS Web Administration functions properly.
Using the KMS Web Administration, multiple users can administer user accounts, but they cannot access the whole Kerio MailServer administration. This may be helpful especially for ISPs to enable their customers to edit their mailboxes, groups, mailing lists etc. in their domains on their own (create, edit or removed these items as needed).
Accounts mapped to Kerio MailServer from the LDAP database cannot be edited in the web interface. In KMS Web Administration, these accounts are for reading only.
